past or by your current circumstances

You're ready

You're ready to embrace something new, and finally grow past what's been troubling you

This isn't for you, if:

You want a new tool to help avoid your problems instead of solving them at the root
You're looking for a mindset coach to get you to the next level of your career
You want someone to do the work for you. My goal is to be the space that invites you to experience what's here, and to see how healing it is to be as you already are

I felt fully met and held in Cole's presence, and his ability to skillfully reflect gently back my own words created such a safe and trustworthy space. This supported such a depth of realization that continues to unfold to this day.
